Message	bring receipts of the work done, the parts bought, and make sure there are dates. No way your new clutch could be worn out in the timeframe you describe. Present those things to the OWNERS not the employees, the employees want to do nothing but cover their own asses. Cover ass=less work. Save your breath, take it straight to the owner and make sure he sees how well prepared you are to go to the BBB and the local television stations.
